If you wish to delete your account from Fasela platform, please follow the instructions below. Remember that this process is final and data cannot be recovered afterward.
Deletion Steps
- Export your pets' data and medical records before deletion
- Complete all pending orders and bookings or cancel them
- Submit the deletion request through the app or contact support
- Your account will be deleted within 14 days, with the possibility to cancel the request within the first 3 days
